Hi, I'm David Hunter, the Agentic PM.

I run a property management company in Chattanooga, Tennessee, about 450 doors, and our crew is probably more real than you would guess. It is me and my wife, one part-time employee who helps her, and my 17-year-old son, who works when he wants a little spending money. Our in-house technicians cover maintenance, and we lean on a deep bench of vendor relationships. That is the team.

Running 450 doors with a crew that size only works because of one thing: the AI agents. They take the maintenance calls, the owner emails, the leasing follow-ups, the renewals, and the scheduling off our plates, so the people get to do the work that actually needs a human. Not chatbots. Not "AI features" bolted onto software you already pay for. Actual agents, running on Claude Code, talking to us on Telegram, doing the work. That is the whole reason Agentic PM exists.
